Aubrey Peeples
Aubrey Peeples is an American performer and actress. She has won numerous prizes for her performances as Layla Grant and Claudia Shepard and Claudia Shepard in Nashville (2012). She also was in the role of Jerrica Jem for the movie Jem and the Holograms. Aubrey Peeples is the daughter of Wendy and Ashley Peeples. There is a sibling who is named Ally. Aubrey spent ten seasons performing with Orlando Repertory Theatre. She graduated from Lake Mary Preparatory School where she was valedictory speaker of the class in 2012. Harvard University initially accepted her application, but later agreed to permit her another entry since she was cast as "Nashville". Peeples appeared in Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2011) Grey's Anatomy (2005) and had an recurring role on Necessary Roughness (1991). The actress was also seen in the film and television shows Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective as well as The Good Mother. The latter was her most prominent part in the role of Layla Grant on the Nashville Drama series in its second season. In the year 2019 Peeples talked about having bipolar disorder in an interview with NKD Magazine. Indiewire placed Peeples as the highest on its list of top actors under the age of twenty-one in September 2014.
